AB564-AA2,1,2 21. Page 2, line 6: delete "give" and substitute "leave".

AB564-AA2,1,4 32. Page 2, line 7: delete "to the injured person" and substitute "at the scene in
4a manner that is reasonably discoverable ".

AB564-AA2,1,6 53. Page 2, line 7: after "assistance" insert "that he or she is reasonably able to
6render".

AB564-AA2,1,7 74. Page 2, line 8: after "person and" insert "then".

AB564-AA2,1,8 85. Page 2, line 8: delete "person," and substitute "person".
