ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO 2007 ASSEMBLY BILL 800

AB800-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB800-AA1,1,2 1. Page 6, line 6: after that line insert:

AB800-AA1,1,6 "(1m) The board may not grant a license or a limited X-ray machine operator permit under this section to any person who has been convicted of an offense under s. 940.225, 948.02, or 948.025 or of an offense in another jurisdiction that is comparable to an offense under s. 940.225, 948.02, or 948.025.".

AB800-AA1,1,7 2. Page 6, line 7: delete that line and substitute:

AB800-AA1,1,9 "(2) License. Subject to subs. (1) and (1m), the board shall grant a license to practice".

AB800-AA1,1,10 3. Page 6, line 12: delete that line and substitute:

AB800-AA1,1,12 "(3) Permit. Subject to subs. (1) and (1m), the board shall grant a limited X-ray machine".

AB800-AA1,2,4 4. Page 9, line 23: after "act" insert ", and has not been convicted of an offense listed under section 461.03 (1m) of the statutes, as created by this act, or of an offense in another jurisdiction that is comparable to an offense under section 940.225, 948.02, or 948.025 of the statutes.".
