AB808-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB808-AA1,1,3 1. Page 4, line 1: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 5, line 6, and substitute:

AB808-AA1,1,6 "(e) For taxable years beginning after December 31, 2007, the amount calculated under par. (b) that may be subtracted from federal adjusted gross income shall be multiplied by 40 percent.".
