SB1-SSA1-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

Page 14, line 19: delete the material beginning with "shall" and ending with "laws," on line 20 and substitute ", upon receipt of a verified complaint or of any other information providing a reasonable basis for the belief that a violation has been committed or that an investigation of a possible violation is warranted, shall investigate violations of laws administered by the board,".
