SB232-SA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB232-SA2,1,2 21. Page 3, line 12: delete that line and substitute:
SB232-SA2,1,4 3"450.09 (2m) Patients' rights. (a) Except as provided in par. (b), every
4pharmacist has a duty to promptly".
SB232-SA2,1,5 52. Page 3, line 15: after that line insert:
SB232-SA2,1,8 6"(b) A pharmacist may decline to dispense a contraceptive for a patient if either
7of the following applies and the pharmacist ensures that the patient will have access
8to the contraceptive elsewhere:
SB232-SA2,1,109 1. The pharmacist objects to dispensing the contraceptive on moral or religious
10grounds.
SB232-SA2,1,1211 2. The pharmacist is employed at a pharmacy that is operated or controlled by
12an organization that objects to contraception on moral or religious grounds.".
