5(a) Adult family homes. Notwithstanding section 50.032 (1m) (e) 1. of the
6statutes, as affected by this act, and section 50.033 (1m) (e) 1. of the statutes, as
7affected by this act, the operator of an adult family home that is licensed or certified
8on the day before the effective date of this paragraph shall establish a community
9advisory committee as provided in section 50.032 (1m) (e) 1. of the statutes, as
10affected by this act, or section 50.033 (1m) (e) 1. of the statutes, as affected by this
11act, whichever is applicable, by the first day of the 3rd month beginning after the
12effective date of this paragraph.

1(b) Community-based residential facilities. Notwithstanding section 50.03 (4)
2(g) 1. of the statutes, as affected by this act, the operator of a community-based
3residential facility that is licensed on the day before the effective date of this
4paragraph shall establish a community advisory committee as provided in section
550.03 (4) (g) 1. of the statutes, as affected by this act, by the first day of the 3rd month
6beginning after the effective date of this paragraph.

7(c) Group homes and residential care centers. Notwithstanding section 48.68
8(4) (a) of the statutes, as affected by this act, the operator of a group home or
9residential care center for children and youth that is licensed on the day before the
10effective date of this paragraph shall establish a community advisory committee as
11provided in section 48.68 (4) (a) of the statutes, as affected by this act, by the first day
12of the 3rd month beginning after the effective date of this paragraph.".
