12have custody of, hold, control, possess, lease, grant easements and enjoy any lands,
13buildings, books, records and all other property of any nature which may be
14necessary and required for the purposes, objects and uses of the system authorized

16and Clinics Authority under s. 233.03 (13) and the rights of the authority under any
