(18) (f) Notwithstanding par. (a), any person who submits to an

airman or driver safety plan under s. 23.33 (13) (e), 30.80 (6) (d),

20reasonable fee therefor to the appropriate county department under s. 51.42 or traffic
21safety school under s. 345.60. A county may allow the person to pay the assessment
22fee in 1, 2, 3 or 4 equal installments. The fee for the
airman or driver safety plan may
23be reduced or waived if the person is unable to pay the complete fee, but no fee for
1assessment or attendance at a traffic safety school under s. 345.60 may be reduced
2or waived. Nonpayment of the assessment fee is noncompliance with the court order
3that required completion of an assessment and
airman or driver safety plan. Upon
4a finding that the person has the ability to pay, nonpayment of the

(1) (j) Contract with a person to provide the advocacy services described
12under s. 16.009 (2) (p) 1. to 5. to actual or potential recipients of the family care
13benefit who are under age 60 or to their families or guardians. The department may
14not contract under this paragraph with a county or with a person who has a contract
15with the department to provide services under s. 46.283 (3) and (4) as a resource
16center or to administer the family care benefit as a care management organization.
17The contract under this paragraph shall include as a goal that the provider of
18advocacy services provide one advocate for every 2,500 individuals under age 60 who
19receive the family care benefit. The department shall allocate $190,000 for the
20contract under this paragraph in fiscal year 2007-08 and $525,000 in each
21subsequent fiscal year.".
