12Wisconsin Act .... (this act), section 9155 (9u)
. Notwithstanding ss. 20.001 (3) (a) and
1320.002 (1), the department may transfer funds between fiscal years under this
14paragraph. All moneys under this appropriation account that are distributed under
15s. 48.481 or 2007 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), section 9155 (9u) but are not
16encumbered by December 31 of each year lapse to the general fund on the next
17January 1 unless carried forward to the next calendar year by the joint committee
18on finance.
