Pursuant to Assembly Rule
10, I hereby create the Special Assembly Committee on Video Broadcasting Oversight. As required by the License Agreement between the Wisconsin State Assembly and WisconsinEye, the committee will monitor and review the operation of the legislative protocols set out in the license agreement. This special committee will have all of the powers, duties and authority of a standing committee. This special committee shall cease to exist on January 5, 2009.
As required by the License Agreement, this special committee will consist of six members, three of which I have appointed and three of which the minority leader has appointed.
