On the morning of March 13, 2008, I asked Speaker Pro Tempore Gottlieb on the floor of the Assembly to change my vote on passage of Assembly Bill 806 from “No" to “Aye."
The Journal of the Assembly for that day incorrectly records my vote as being changed on the question of suspending the rules and messaging Assembly Bill 806 to the Senate instead on the question of passage of Assembly bill 806.
Please correct the official record accordingly. Thanks for your help.
