20 (2) (a), I have made the following appointments to the Joint Committee on Information Policy and Technology Senators Kreitlow, Jauch and Miller.
As outlined in section
13.58, Wi. Stats., this committee was established to provide legislative oversight and review of information technology projects. While the Joint Committee on Information Policy and Technology has been dormant since 2003, the Legislative Audit Bureau, the Joint Audit Committee and the Joint Finance Committee have all recently recommended reconstituting it.
With regard to members of the minority party, appointments are made based on nominations by the Minority Leader.
