This letter is to inform you of a temporary replacement on the Committee of Conference on Senate Bill 40 on the part of the Senate. As the appointing authority pursuant to Assembly Joint Resolution 59, I hereby appoint Senator Jon Erpenbach to replace Senator Bob Jauch.
S304 This appointment will be effective for the meeting on August 2, 2007. Subsequent to that meeting, Senator Jauch will resume his appointment to the conference committee.
