AB138-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB138-AA2,1,6 1. Page 2, line 7: delete the material beginning with "Upon" and ending with "vacant." on line 8 and substitute "A member nominated after January 2, 2011, who is not renominated may serve after expiration of his or her term until a successor is appointed and qualifies, except that the position held by the member becomes vacant one year after the expiration of the term.".
