AB287-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB287-AA2,1,4 1. Page 5, line 19: delete the material beginning with "$4" and ending with "gallons" on line 20 and substitute: "40 percent of fiscal year tax collections, net of the eligible producer credit under s. 139.02 (2),".

AB287-AA2,1,7 2. Page 5, line 22: delete "$2 per barrel of 31 gallons" and substitute "20 percent of fiscal year tax collections, net of the eligible producer credit under s. 139.02 (2),".

AB287-AA2,1,9 3. Page 6, line 2: delete "$2 per barrel of 31 gallons" and substitute "20 percent of fiscal year tax collections, net of the eligible producer credit under s. 139.02 (2),".
