AB29-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB29-AA2,1,3 1. Page 2, line 4: delete lines 4 and 5 and substitute "a radio frequency identification tag unless one of the following applies:".

AB29-AA2,1,4 2. Page 2, line 5: after that line insert:

AB29-AA2,1,6 "1. The person renders the radio frequency identification tag inoperable before the purchaser takes possession of the goods.

AB29-AA2,1,8 2. The radio frequency identification tag is an essential part of the purchaser's use of the goods.".
