AB423-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB423-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: delete "district attorney or assistant" and substitute "prosecutor".

AB423-AA1,1,4 2. Page 1, line 4: delete "district attorney".

AB423-AA1,1,6 3. Page 2, line 11: delete "has the meaning given in s. 940.02 (2m)." and substitute "means any of the following:".

AB423-AA1,1,7 4. Page 2, line 11: after that line insert:

AB423-AA1,1,9 "1. A district attorney, a deputy district attorney, an assistant district attorney, or a special prosecutor appointed under s. 978.045.

AB423-AA1,1,11 2. The attorney general, a deputy attorney general, or an assistant attorney general, performing the duties of a district attorney.".
