AB458-SA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB458-SA4,1,2 1. Page 7, line 14: delete lines 14 to 18 and substitute:

AB458-SA4,1,3 " Section 9g. 118.019 (4) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB458-SA4,1,8 118.019 (4) Exemption Permission required for individual instruction of pupils. No pupil may be required allowed to take instruction in human growth and development or in the specific subjects under sub. (2) if unless the pupil's parent or guardian files with the teacher or school principal a written request that the pupil be exempted allowed to do so prior to the date of instruction.".
