AB524-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB524-AA1,1,3 21. Page 3, line 10: after "plaintiff" insert "is an individual and the amount
3claimed is less than $2,000, or that the plaintiff".

AB524-AA1,1,4 42. Page 5, line 10: after that line insert:

AB524-AA1,1,7 5"(c) Notwithstanding pars. (a) and (b), if the plaintiff is an individual and the
6amount claimed is less than $2,000, the fee for commencing an action under s. 799.01
7(1) (d) shall be equal to 50 percent of the dollar amount specified under sub. (3) (a).".
