AB75-ASA1-AA19,1,5 3. Page 1248, line 9: after that line insert:

AB75-ASA1-AA19,1,8 "b. Subdivision 8. a. does not apply to a private school that was approved for scholarship funding for the 2005-06 school year by Partners Advancing Values in Education or that is accredited as provided under subd. 7. a. or b.".
