AB75-ASA1-AA56,1,8 49.45 (2) (a) 17m. Notify the governor, the joint committee on legislative organization, the joint committee on finance, and the appropriate standing committees, as determined by the presiding officer of each house, if the amounts appropriated for the state share of medical assistance are insufficient to provide the state share of medical assistance.".
