Page 154, line 3: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2009-10 by $1,757,300 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2010-11 by $898,000 for the purpose of decreasing the authorized FTE positions for the department of transportation by 23.1 SEG positions for driver card issuance.
