AB75-ASA1-AA80,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB75-ASA1-AA80,1,5 1. Page 169, line 6: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2009-10 by $500,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2010-11 by $500,000 to increase funding for the purpose of payments to counties for welfare fraud investigations.

AB75-ASA1-AA80,1,8 2. Page 252, line 14: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2009-10 by $500,000 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2010-11 by $500,000 to decrease funding for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.
