AB836-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB836-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 4: after "property" insert ", requiring rules on property cleanup, and granting rule-making authority".

AB836-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 14: after that line insert:

AB836-AA1,1,5 " Section 2m. 710.25 of the statutes is created to read:

AB836-AA1,1,12 710.25 Rules regarding methamphetamine cleanup. The department of agriculture, trade and consumer protection shall promulgate a rule that specifies the procedure to be used by a landlord to clean up residential rental property on which methamphetamine has been manufactured and by a property seller to clean up real property for which a real estate condition report under ch. 709 must be furnished and on which methamphetamine has been manufactured, if the landlord or property seller undertakes to clean up the property.".
