AB885-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB885-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: delete "wage," and substitute "wage".

AB885-AA1,1,3 2. Page 1, line 4: delete that line and substitute "and granting".

AB885-AA1,1,4 3. Page 5, line 6: delete lines 6 to 8 and substitute:

AB885-AA1,1,5 "3. The effect that an increase in the living wage might".

AB885-AA1,1,8 4. Page 5, line 24: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 6, line 4, and substitute "findings and recommendations, the department may promulgate rules to revise the living wage.".

AB885-AA1,1,10 5. Page 6, line 7: delete that line and substitute "convening the wage council at other times during the regular session of the legislature if, upon investigation,".
