Page 5, line 18: on page 1, line 7, of the material inserted by senate amendment 1, after "section." insert "If the department promulgates rules under this subsection, the rules shall specify that the department shall obtain a special inspection warrant under s. 66.0119 to enter and inspect property without the owner's consent.".
