SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2009 SENATE BILL 141

SB141-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB141-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 20: delete "that is approved by".

SB141-SA1,1,3 2. Page 3, line 21: delete "the department under sub. (4) (b)".

SB141-SA1,1,4 3. Page 3, line 22: delete "an approved" and substitute "a".

SB141-SA1,1,5 4. Page 4, line 9: delete " approval of" and substitute "information about".

SB141-SA1,1,6 5. Page 4, line 11: delete lines 11 to 13 and substitute:

SB141-SA1,1,10 "(bm) The department shall make information about child safety alarms available to persons who are required under sub. (2) to have a child safety alarm installed in a child care vehicle. The department may make that information available by posting the information on the department's Internet site.".

SB141-SA1,1,12 6. Page 7, line 2: delete lines 2 and 3 and substitute "(1) (c) of the statutes, as created by this".
