SB185-AA4,1,21 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute
2amendment 2, as follows:
SB185-AA4,1,3 31. Page 12, line 3: after that line insert:
SB185-AA4,1,6 4"3m. "Telecommunications interference" means any interference with or
5disruption of broadcast, cable, commercial mobile, radio, or telecommunications
6service.".
SB185-AA4,1,7 72. Page 13, line 9: after that line insert:
SB185-AA4,2,2 8"(dg) The commission shall promulgate rules establishing a procedure for
9receiving and investigating complaints from the public about noise or
10telecommunications interference associated with wind energy systems. After notice
11and hearing, the commission may order the owner or operator of a wind energy
12system to take actions that the commission determines are necessary to resolve the

1complaint, including actions for restoring any broadcast, cable, commercial mobile,
2radio, or telecommunications service.
SB185-AA4,2,53 (dr) The commission shall promulgate rules requiring the operator of a wind
4energy system to prepare and implement an emergency shutdown plan for
5preventing interference with air ambulances.".

14as defined in s. 66.0403 (1) (m).".
