SB185-AA9,1,4 " Section 10m. 103.005 (22) of the statutes is created to read:

SB185-AA9,1,9 103.005 (22) No later than the first day of the 13th month beginning after the effective date of this subsection .... [LRB inserts date], and annually thereafter, the department shall submit a report to the legislature under s. 13.172 (2) that describes the number of jobs created in the prior year that are related to the construction of wind energy systems, as defined in s. 66.0403 (1) (m).".
