SB288-SA3,1,4 1. Page 24, line 4: after "witnesses." insert "In weighing the testimony of all witnesses, the court shall consider as paramount the best interests of the Indian child as provided in s. 48.01 (2).".

SB288-SA3,1,7 2. Page 135, line 24: after "witnesses." insert "In weighing the testimony of all witnesses, the court shall consider as paramount the best interests of the Indian juvenile as provided in s. 938.01 (3).".
