SB383-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB383-AA1,1,3 21. Page 11, line 3: after "court" insert "as part of a consolidation under s.
366.0229 or".

SB383-AA1,1,4 42. Page 14, line 17: delete lines 17 to 20 and substitute:

SB383-AA1,1,8 5"755.06 Sessions of court. The municipal court shall be open daily or as
6directed determined by the judge and approved by the governing body, but the
7governing body may by ordinance or bylaw allow the judge to determine when the
8court shall be open.".
