The following motion was approved by the committee on Assembly Organization:
In accordance with Joint Rule
81(2), it is moved that the Assembly Committee on Organization authorize the Legislature to meet in Extraordinary Session at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 17, 2009, solely for the purposes of taking action on any bill relating to state finances and appropriations and making diverse other changes in the statutes.
Ayes: 5 - Representatives Sheridan, Nelson, Seidel, Staskunas and Barca.
Noes: 3 - Representatives J. Fitzgerald, Gottlieb and Suder.

81(2), it is moved that the Senate Committee on Organization authorize the Legislature to meet in Extraordinary Session at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 17, 2009, solely for purposes of taking action on any bill relating to state finances and appropriations and making diverse other changes in the statutes.
Ayes: 5 - Senators Decker, Risser, Hansen, S. Fitzgerald and Grothman.
