Special Guest
Representative Hebl introduced Mr. Carl Sampson from Stoughton. Since the age of 17, Mr. Sampson has recited the Gettysburg Address on Memorial Day for 65 consecutive years.
In lieu of the prayer, Mr. Sampson recited the Gettysburg Address.
Representative Spanbauer led the membership in reciting the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.
The roll was taken.
