Extraordinary Session
The committee on Senate Organization reports:
In accordance with Joint Rule 81(2), it is moved that the Senate Committee on Organization authorize the Legislature to meet in Extraordinary session at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 17, 2009, solely for the purpose of taking action on any bills relating to state finances and appropriations and making diverse other changes in the statutes:
Ayes 5 - Senators Decker, Risser, Hansen, Fitzgerald, and Grothman.
Noes 0 - None.
The committee on Assembly Organization reports:
In accordance with Joint Rule 81(2), it is moved that the Assembly Committee on Organization authorize the Legislature to meet in Extraordinary session at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 17, 2009, solely for the purpose of taking action on any bills relating to state finances and appropriations and making diverse other changes in the statutes:
Ayes 5 - Representatives Sheridan, Nelson, Seidel, Staskunas and Barca.
