Pursuant to motion #764, adopted by the Joint Committee on Finance August 4, 2009, I hereby appoint you as one of the two JFXC members to serve on the Advisory Committee to the Office of Justice Assistance for the purpose of developing rules for the administration of traffic stop data collection.
This appointment terminates upon adoption of the rules or dissolution of the advisory committee, whichever occurs first.
