AB110-ASA1-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB110-ASA1-AA5,1,2 1. Page 4, line 2: after that line insert:

AB110-ASA1-AA5,1,9 "(g) If the child has applied to attend a private school under this section, he or she is a member of a family that has a total family income that does not exceed an amount equal to 3.0 times the poverty level determined in accordance with criteria established by the director of the federal office of management and budget. In this paragraph, family income includes income of the child's parents or legal guardians. A child attending a private school under this section whose family income increases may continue to attend a private school under this section.".

AB110-ASA1-AA5,2,3 "(j) Ensure that no additional tuition is charged a pupil participating in the program under this section other than the payment the school receives under sub. (2) (b) 5.".
