ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2011 ASSEMBLY BILL 165

AB165-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB165-ASA1-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 1: delete "Sign required" and substitute " Display of fertilizer".

AB165-ASA1-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 5: after that line insert:

AB165-ASA1-AA1,1,7 "(am) The place at which the person sells fertilizer at retail is not located in a watershed that has a history of human or animal health problems caused by phosphorus in water, as identified under sub. (4m).".

AB165-ASA1-AA1,1,8 3. Page 2, line 16: after that line insert:

AB165-ASA1-AA1,1,9 " Section 1m. 94.643 (4m) of the statutes is created to read:

AB165-ASA1-AA1,2,2 94.643 (4m) Identification of watersheds. The department, in consultation with the department of natural resources, shall identify watersheds that have a history of human or animal health problems caused by phosphorus in water. The department shall make a list of those watersheds available to persons who sell fertilizer at retail.".
