ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 4, TO 2011 ASSEMBLY BILL 301

AB301-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB301-AA4,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: delete "review by the Joint Committee on Finance of" and substitute "reporting requirements concerning".

AB301-AA4,1,5 2. Page 2, line 13: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 2, and substitute:

AB301-AA4,1,10 "29.037 (2) On or before March 15 of each even-numbered year, the department shall submit to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature for distribution to the appropriate standing committees under s. 13.172 (3), a report identifying the department's use and expenditure of funds provided to the department under 16 USC 669 to 669k or 777 to 777L.".
