AB303-AA3,1,2 1. Page 2, line 3: after that line insert:

AB303-AA3,1,3 " Section 3e. 20.505 (1) (co) of the statutes is created to read:

AB303-AA3,1,6 20.505 (1) (co) Comprehensive planning; local government reimbursements. A sum sufficient to reimburse local governmental units for comprehensive planning expenses under s. 66.1001 (9).".

AB303-AA3,1,8 " Section 14m. 66.1001 (9) of the statutes is created to read:

AB303-AA3,1,11 66.1001 (9) Reimbursement of planning expenses. The department of administration shall reimburse a local governmental unit that has in effect a comprehensive plan for any costs incurred in developing the comprehensive plan.".
