AB310-AA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 13: delete "knowing" and substitute "certain conduct or".

AB310-AA1-AA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 15: after "for" insert "intentional conduct connected with his or her employment that a reasonable person would not engage in, if the conduct is documented by the employee's employer and the employee knew or should have known that the conduct would not be considered reasonable by the employer, or for".

AB310-AA1-AA1,1,8 3. Page 4, line 12: delete "a violation" and substitute "intentional conduct or any violation".

AB310-AA1-AA1,1,9 4. Page 4, line 24: after " for" insert "intentional conduct or for".
