AB376-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB376-ASA1-AA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "state" insert "and the expenditure of moneys received by the state from court judgments and settlements".

AB376-ASA1-AA2,1,4 2. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

AB376-ASA1-AA2,1,5 " Section 1g. 20.932 of the statutes is created to read:

AB376-ASA1-AA2,1,11 20.932 Expenditure of moneys received from court judgments and settlements. All of the moneys received by the state from any court judgment or settlement on or after the effective date of this section .... [LRB inserts date], including any moneys that the judgment or settlement provides may be expended for discretionary purposes, may only be expended on purposes for which the action was originally commenced.".

AB376-ASA1-AA2,1,12 3. Page 2, line 1: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1m".

AB376-ASA1-AA2,2,2 4. Page 6, line 4: delete "This act" and substitute "The treatment of section 238.137 of the statutes".
