AB40-ASA1-AA3,1,4 2. Page 906, line 20: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 907, line 6.

AB40-ASA1-AA3,1,5 3. Page 907, line 21: delete "but subject to sub. (1) (b) 2.".
