AB426-AA7,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB426-AA7,1,3 1. Page 143, line 6: delete lines 6 to 10 and substitute "shall approve the location of each high capacity well as part of the permit issued under sub. (4).".

AB426-AA7,1,5 2. Page 143, line 18: after "if" insert ", after considering the factors under par. (d), it determines that".

AB426-AA7,1,10 3. Page 146, line 3: delete the material beginning with "If" and ending with ", the" on line 8 and substitute "As part of its determination under par.
