AB51-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB51-ASA1-AA1,1,4 1. Page 16, line 22: delete "as detailed in its annual budget" and substitute "detailed in an audited financial statement prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles".

AB51-ASA1-AA1,1,5 2. Page 16, line 22: after that line insert:

AB51-ASA1-AA1,1,8 "4. The services the school board or entity under sub. (2r) (b) has provided to the charter schools under contract with it and an itemized accounting of the cost of the services.".
