ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 45, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2011 ASSEMBLY BILL 7

AB7-ASA2-AA45,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB7-ASA2-AA45,1,3 1. Page 13, line 24: delete "s. 6.79 (7)" and substitute "ss. 6.79 (7) and 6.86 (1) (ar)".

AB7-ASA2-AA45,1,4 2. Page 28, line 10: delete "and (7)" and substitute "to (8)".

AB7-ASA2-AA45,1,5 3. Page 30, line 5: delete "sub. (6) or (7)" and substitute "subs. (6) to (8)".

AB7-ASA2-AA45,1,6 4. Page 31, line 12: after that line insert:

AB7-ASA2-AA45,1,7 " Section 53b. 6.79 (8) of the statutes is created to read:

AB7-ASA2-AA45,1,11 6.79 (8) Electors who are at least 65 years of age. If an elector states to the election officials that he or she is at least 65 years of age, the elector is exempt from the requirement to present proof of identification. The inspectors shall enter on the poll list next to the name of each such elector the word "exempt."".
