AB11-AA82,1,8 "(2m) Prohibiting members of the national guard from serving as replacement workers or leverage in passing legislation. In the event of a work stoppage or strike by any public employees or any labor dispute involving public employees, the members of the national guard may not be used as replacement workers. The members of the national guard may also not be deployed as leverage for the purpose of passing legislation affecting public employees.".
