AB4-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 4: after that line insert:

AB4-AA1,1,3 " Section 1d. 560.706 (4) of the statutes is created to read:

AB4-AA1,1,8 560.706 (4) Audits. The department shall annually contract with the legislative audit bureau to conduct financial and performance audits of the program under ss. 560.701 to 560.706 and the completed audits shall be submitted to the joint legislative audit committee and to the appropriate standing committees of the legislature as provided under s. 13.172 (3).".
