AB4-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB4-AA4,1,2 1. Page 2, line 7: after that line insert:

AB4-AA4,1,9 "(2n) Job creation limitation. Notwithstanding section 560.702 of the statutes, the department of commerce shall certify a person as eligible under section 560.701 (2) of the statutes for a portion of the additional tax credits authorized by Section 1 of this act only on the basis of a project that creates new full-time jobs that pay at least 150 percent of the federal minimum wage and that comply with applicable rules promulgated by the department of commerce under section 560.706 (2) (a) of the statutes.".
