AB8-ASA1-AA17,1,3 1. Page 2, line 8: delete the material beginning with "proposal" and ending with "state" on line 10 and substitute "proposed rules".

AB8-ASA1-AA17,1,4 2. Page 27, line 3: delete lines 3 to 25.

AB8-ASA1-AA17,1,5 3. Page 28, line 1: delete lines 1 to 7.
