SENATE AMENDMENT 6, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 6

SB6-SSA1-SA6,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB6-SSA1-SA6,1,3 1. Page 25, line 12: delete "Before" and substitute "(a) Except as provided in paragraph (b), before".

SB6-SSA1-SA6,1,4 2. Page 25, line 20: after that line insert:

SB6-SSA1-SA6,2,2 "(b) The secretary of administration shall not transfer any moneys under paragraph (a) unless the board of directors of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation first prescribes standards of ethical conduct and filing requirements for employees of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation that are at least as stringent as the standards and requirements that applied to the employees of the department of commerce who held positions that were comparable to those held by the employees of the corporation immediately before the effective date of this paragraph, and the board provides written notice to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature and to the secretary of administration certifying that the standards and requirements are in effect.".
